An Experience of Corruption and Incompetence in British Courts.

This issue needs to be addressed urgently and honestly, as it is currently robbing everyday people of their money, belongings, share-values, assets and rights. It is unacceptably a closed book and it could affect anybody. This particular case relates to Great Grimsby Country Court and Hull Court of Appeal.

In December of 2021 Deputy District Judge DDJ Dobson at Great Grimsby County Court awarded Richard and Robert White, who were referred to as 'Claimants' full control of the sale of a property - Casa Nostra in North Killingholme. The Claimants' Counsel had instructed Judge Dobson to do this and she played to this (and their  subsequent demands that Ms White paid their legal costs) accordingly.  Even though they had no case to substantiate this. The property was clearly in a run-down, dirty condition. This simply enabled them to cheat their sister - Joanne White out of what had been clearly agreed by the three siblings when their mother died. Ms White lives abroad, so this made it easier for them. The agreement was that Richard White could continue to live in the property rent-free on the basis that he upkeep the condition. The property was owned by the three siblings in equal shares. He obviously did not want to do this and he had run the property completely down to what was advised by a reliable eye-witness as 'uninhabitable', prior to sale.

When he was ready to move on years later, after taking long-term advantage of rent-free situation, he then colluded with Robert White and Robert White's Luton-based (where he resides) solicitor James Carpenter, of Taylor Walton Solicitors to get this into and through Court via transparent untruths and false evidence. For example old texts, which were clearly nothing to do with a house sale and the dates of the texts confirmed this.

Copies of correspondence sent to the Court showed that Ms White had willingly agreed to sell the property the first time it was put to her that Richard White wanted to move, on the basis that it was in a salesworthy condition. One month after this confirmation, Ms White received a letter from Taylor Walton alleging a 'sales dispute' and 'refusal to sell' on her part. There was proof of a previous attempt by Richard White to buy Ms White's share of the property for a paltry sum. That is what she had actually refused to do.

In order to help accommodate this gross mischief on their part, Judge Dobson's ridiculously biased comments  towards who was bizarrely described as the defendant (Joanne White) were removed from the Transcript when called out as bias during a request for an appeal. This was all ignored when put into appeal request to Judge H.H.J. Richardson of Hull Court of Appeal. Judge RIchardson had no interest in this going any further in the name of justice. and she also shrugged off the fact that Ms White was ordered to pay the two 'Claimants' (bumped up for the occasion) legal costs of £33,000.00 for no good reason. Judge Richardson is also connected to Grimsby County Court.   In effect,  Dobson had ensured that Ms White had dearly overpaid for endeavouring to keep an agreement jointly made to enable fairness when it came to the sale of the property. Ms White subsequently incurred further great financial loss when the property was sold for a pittance of what it would be worth if sold in the agreed, maintained condition and these biased outcomes are open to being systematically backed up by friends and colleagues in connected Courts.

The case was 'won' by the two 'Claimants' even though they clearly had no grounds whatsoever and did not even attempt to discuss this with Ms White or try to come to an amicable agreement before swiftly and intentionally stepping on the corrupt path, which would enable them to cheat their sister out of both 'costs' and losses.

It became evident early on to Ms White that it was pre-planned, as Taylor Walton were soon demanding money from her and offering her 'deals', which were clearly scams, in return and open to her losing more money. She had, however, remained open and attempted to secure a fair deal all along but Judge Dobson ignored the fact that the 'Claimants' had not actively negotiated and instead she (Dobson) attempted to justify this. Dobson also ignored advice from estate agents and renowned property-valuating sources, clearly verifying the fact that the property was being thrown away because of its poor condition and could have been sold for much more. Dobson concluded that 'the best thing to do' would be to sell it cheap under the guise of a 'conversion project' as was requested by what seemed to be her masters and to try and justify this, she also advised that Ms White had no proof of what condition it was in, even though the 'Claimants' Counsel (Julia Petrenko of Falcon chambers) had advised that the kitchen was in a very poor state and her documents showed that nothing had been done to it for years.  Petrenko actually helped clarify that the property was run-down. Whereas, she only had a totally vacuous argument as to why her 'clients' should win the case.  Apart from this having been made abundantly clear to Dobson, she was also aware that the 'Claimants' had ignored several requests to send photo's of the interior of the property and had endeavoured to block Ms White's access prior to the sale. What was intended to be a positive asset on an equal basis to all three owners when their parents gifted it to them, consequently ended up in the hands of a doer-upper at Ms White's expense. Whilst the houses at either side of the property actually sold for tens of thousands more in the same period.

At this time, a closed circle is being formed by such Judges, who are blatantly ignorant of justice (and like-minded solicitors, also gorging on what belongs to others), to enable this. Apparently this happens 'up and down the country' and there is currently no way to break it. Hence the dire need for exposure of each case of incompetence and corruption by individuals and their allies that are supposed to represent the law.
